service done quickly. Questions answered. I like that I never have
to negotiate....the fee I offered was the fee accepted. I rarely go
to your website, but everytime I do there are lots of changes -
probably now more user friendly. All of my TM students have worked

"I have been happy with Tutoring Match. I get a few
tutorials here and there and that is all I am looking for. If I
wanted to expand there are ways to do so through your service.
There is great communication between email and phone calls when a
request has been made. The monthly hours sheet is also very
helpful. The contract is fine with me and makes sense. The fee
agreement is fair, after all you are doing the leg work. The
website is very easy to work with. I like the profile and the fact
that it may be changed at any time. The students have been good; I
have never had any real problems, only a few one-time meetings and
a verbal contract to have more sessions but no follow
through."

"I have found everything pretty easy so far! I haven't
really taken advantage of all the website options, such as the
video, due to lack of time, but they seem great. All of my emails
have been answered promptly and I know that if I needed immediate
attention I could easily call and speak with someone. One
suggestion I have based on previous tutoring companies I have
worked with is to create a way to submit hours online in our tutor
accounts rather than having to email them at the end of the month.
The one thing I was a little confused by was with my first
check there was some sort of fee that I do not remember being told
about before the email I was sent asking me to submit my hours, so
that was a little frustrating."

both phone and email contact. The website is very easy to use as a
tutor and as someone searching for a tutor. I also like the look of
the website. I cannot really comment on the students yet because I
have not gotten any clients through Tutoring Match, but I have been
teaching/tutoring in the area for a while and anticipate great
