Tutors: Experienced Math, Science, English, Language, Test Prep, Study Skills, Elementary Ed and Social Studies tutors are available to assist you when you need help.

Our Approach: Tutors work with you to provide help, not answers, and to bring every session to an educationally sound conclusion.

Our Teaching & Tools:  You work with a professional tutor in a secure web environment. They communicate using text chat and voice chat, draw problems on an interactive whiteboard, share files to review essays and papers, and browse educational resources on the web together. 

Computer Requirements: Our system works with your existing computer, web browser and broadband Internet connection - no special equipment or software needed.

Our Availability:  You connect to a tutor whenever you need help. You schedule a tutor and the tutor contacts you at the scheduled time. If the tutor is online, he or she may be available to tutor you NOW.

Length of Session:  The session may be terminated at any time by you and the tutorial time will then be prorated and charged to the nearest quarter hour.

Future Sessions:  For each subsequent session (within the same subject) you may request the same tutor or try another. We recommend staying with the same tutor so as he or she may become familiar with your strengths and weaknesses and develop the most appropriate method(s) for helping you.

Rating the Tutor:  At the end of the session, you will have an opportunity to rate the tutor and provide him or her with feedback for the session.

Rates & Payment: Tutors choose their own rate. You pay by an Hourly Rate for a Tutor's services. With each session, time spent working with a tutor is charged to a credit card associated with your account or your parents', and the first ten minutes of every session is free.
