owned by TM. Only materials provided expressly for public use, such
as "Parent Tips" under the parent header may be copied and used

TM.
Product and Services Information
TM may make changes to any of its products and services,
including its policies and procedures at any time without
liability. TM's site may be accessed in many parts of the world,
including outside North America . Not all services may be available

Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be granted for completed
tutoring hours. Cancellation of services must be initiated per the
Terms of
Use. Failure to comply with said cancellation
policy may result in automatic credit card charges per this
agreement. Tutoring Match is not responsible for reimbursement of
lost tutoring hours due to client unavailability or non-compliance
with the Terms of
Use. If TM is unable to provide tutoring within a reasonable
period of time after the initiation of Terms of Use, a
full or partial refund may be due to client at the discretion of
TM.
Warranty and Other Disclaimers
The TM website and its materials are provided on an "as is" and
"as available" basis. TM disclaims all warranties, whether express
or implied, including the warranties that the website and materials
are free of defects, virus free and able to operate on an
uninterrupted basis or that errors will be corrected and the
