Founder / Owner / Director / Head Tutor
Henry is a passionate educator with over 36 years experience in
private and public education. His experience includes positions as
Director of Studies, Assistant Headmaster, college counselor and
English and history teacher at prestigious schools such as The Hill
School, William Penn Charter School, Chestnut Hill Academy, Avon
Old Farms, and Kents Hill School. He created Learning Core, LLC, a
tutorial referral service in 1999 and started Tutoring Match in
2008. His expertise includes English (grammar and essay writing),
test prep (SAT, ACT, SSAT/ISEE verbal and math), study skills, U.S.
history and college planning.

Susan Wholley
Office Coordinator / Tutor
Susan is a former elementary school teacher, and the mother of
two wonderful girls. She received a B.A. in Education from The
Pennsylvania State University and an M.S. in Elementary Education
from Lehman College. Susan taught elementary school in both New
York and Connecticut. The combination of educator and parent brings
a wealth of knowledge and experience to her roles. She is
definitely a big personality in a small package.

Taylor Barnette
Assistant Marketing Director / Tutor
Taylor graduated magna cum laude from Hobart College, where
he doubled majored in classics and Asian studies. He also studied
abroad at Peking University. Taylor has gained most of his
marketing experience in networking, branding and promoting start-up
websites, and by working in the publishing industry. He enjoys
backpacking, writing and maintaining his fluency in Mandarin, Greek
and Latin. He currently resides in New York City. |

Maribel Galindo
Bookkeeper
Before coming to Tutoring Match, Maribel has worked as an H&
R Block tax associate, a St. Mark's Luthern Church accounting
assistant, a medical office assistant and a bookkeeper at Greenwich
Hospital. Maribel is also bi-linqual and computer savvy.
